1) Click on “Add”
2) Choose an assignment
3) Go to the field “Add”
4) Click on the button “Item” to choose the item that you want to add
5) Click on the button “All Item” to add all the items in your data base with theoretical quantity and location(s)
6) After the inventory action, the user can add the physical quantity in the colon
7) Save the inventory by clicking on “OK”
