7.8.7. Generate a manufacturing order (MO) from the customer order
The user can generate the manufacturing order from the customer order to produce the finished and semi-finished goods with the needed quantity.
1) Select the concerned order, double click to open the order
2) Double click on the Item to be produced
3) Click on the tab “Manufacturing Order”
4) Click on the button “Generate Manufacturing Order” to generate the MO to produce the needed quantity
5) The Manufacturing Order(s) is /are created, you can consult the MO in the Manufacturing order list
Note: If the item (finished good) has a missing semi-final items (not produced), the system will generate the manufacturing orders for the finished good and their semi-final items with the needed quantity.
